GDPR POLICY

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has come into effect on May 25th 2018 and enacts widespread changes to existing data protection regulation in the EU.

The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a set of laws intended to improve data protection for EU Citizens.

Your information will only ever be available to the key consultants who you are dealing with. Once you register with us – ONLY your consultants and yourself have access to this information. Your identifiable details/data (i.e. CV, full name, etc) are only ever revealed to a client we have a signed contract with and who you have confirmed interest in. ALL our clients sign our confidentiality agreement. We NEVER work with clients without this in place.

Over and above this foundation, your cv is only ever sent to our client with your specific permission.

Our Data Protection Officers are Zoe Watson and Ronnie Fearn, our directors, who work together to keep our operations within the guidelines.

Our Data Management processes are very simple. Your details are stored on our 1 GDPR compliant modern platform and this is overseen by our Data Protection Officers. The whole process of involvement is documented on this 1 platform, detailing each stage of your recruitment process.
